THE BUSY BABY PACKAGE

What I Provide

The busy baby package provides you with a detailed, educational plan and sleep support for babies suffering with sleep challenges, negative sleep habits or to help establish a positive and gentle sleep routine
This package includes a sleep consultation form to fill out. It is then followed up with a 60 minute consultation to discuss your new personalised sleep plan and discuss the best date to start implementing it.
This package will be followed up by 2 weeks of email support (7am-9pm) and 2 follow up phone calls to help with any step backs and answer any questions to ensure you are confident taking the plan forward independently.
We also offer in person bedtime support to help establish a positive bedtime routine and help implement techniques from your personalised sleep plan. We offer a face to face meeting to talk through the sleep plan and help guide with bedtime. As well as multiple support options which  are individual to each family.
